For nearly 3 decades, Scott has been leading engineering teams, developing consumer and enterprise technologies, and he’s a technical innovator with some 20 patents in the areas of multimedia, networking, and device management. Scott is also an entrepreneur with experience launching 3 successful startups. For Microsoft, between 2012 and 2020, he was the Group Program Manager responsible for launching Microsoft’s AVD-- Azure Virtual Desktop, and since 2020, he’s spearheaded Windows 365.
